What Ærth Intelligence is

Ærth Intelligence is a platform where people and organizations build, on evidence, the case for adopting a technology. You record questions, hypotheses and proposals, attach evidence, challenge and answer, and every contribution stays on record under the name of who made it. The platform is operated by Ærth.

Your account

You need an account to contribute. Give a real name and keep your e-mail current. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Do not share your password.

What you publish

What you publish remains yours. By publishing, you allow Ærth to display and preserve it on the platform, attributed to you, for the people who have access to that work under the classification chosen.

You confirm that what you publish is your own or properly attributed, and that you have the right to share the evidence and files you attach.

The record is permanent

The platform records who contributed what and when, and which work each new work derived from. That record is the point of the product and is not erased when a work is edited. If you ask for your account to be deleted, your personal data is removed and your contributions stay, attributed to a removed account without your name.

Access and confidentiality

Every work has a classification that defines who can read it. Confidential or sealed works may require an invitation, a verified identity and a signed agreement. Respect the classification: do not copy or disclose restricted content outside the conditions under which access was given. Access to restricted works is recorded.

Agreements signed on the platform

When a work requires an agreement, you read the text, type your full name and accept. This is a simple electronic signature: the record keeps who signed, when, and the version and hash of the text signed.

Artificial intelligence assistance

When the assistant is active, it answers only from content you are allowed to read and points to its sources. Answers are suggestions: nothing is published, changed or decided without a person confirming it. Check before you rely on it.

What is not allowed

Publishing content that is illegal, misleading or that violates someone else's rights; fabricating evidence; impersonating someone; trying to reach what you were not granted; using the platform to harass or harm anyone. Ærth may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and responsibility

The platform is offered as it is. We work to keep it available and sound, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Content published by participants is the responsibility of whoever published it; decisions taken on the basis of it are the responsibility of whoever takes them.

Changes

These terms may change. Each version is numbered and dated, and your acceptance records the version in force. Significant changes are announced on the platform.
